Went with my wife to buy furniture over the holiday weekend. We were looking around for about 45 minutes and not ONCE did any of their dozen or so employees, standing around with their ipads, ever ask if we need any help. Not even a "hello, welcome. Let us know if you need help."... nothing. So we went and bought furniture at Macy's. We bought it there for the better price, but everywhere else we shopped greeted us as though they wanted our business. Who knows? Maybe had we talked to a salesperson at Bob's, they could have had the best price? Guess I'll never know. Hope this helps.

If I could give this a zero star, I would. Never, ever, ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever buy an extended warranty from this place. Bob's furniture is a complete ripoff. We bought the extended warranty and in less than two years we made a claim. Now both bob's furniture and the foreign people that can't speak english from the warranty company are giving us a runaround. They are not helpful at all. You are better off buying a soiled mattress from a fraternity's house during hazing week. Hey Bob we did report when it happened

Prices are fair and furniture is nice quality. My husband and I have been exploring living room options across several stores, and while we are likely to order from Bob's, their sales people are absolutely way too aggressive and literally follow your every move around the store, starting from when you enter. I dont know her name, but an older lady (sales person) continued to follow my husband and I even though we made it very clear we weren't going to purchase anything today and we're just looking; we just wanted to browse in peace. She continued to sit near us and listen in on our conversations. I had enough, told her we planned to buy online and walked out.

We bought our couch at Bob’s with the help of Tiffini. She was awesome!! We came in about 20 minutes before they closed then came back the next day because of how much we liked her. She wasn’t pushy at all, made sure we saw all of the options that fit what we wanted, and was just overall great! We ordered exactly what we wanted and got it delivered in less than a week. Great experience!

No pressure sales, didnt follow me around breathing down my back. Was available to answer questions about furniture I was interested in. Nice selection. Went in with idea that I wasn’t buying furniture that day, but found exactly what I wanted. Definitely will go back for future pieces of furniture.
