More recent purchase. We got a sofa. Now this was a Hail Mary because they didn’t have one in store to “test drive” but the size, price and style was what we needed. This ended up amazing!!! Sturdy and it’s comfy. Not too squishy or hard. I also purchased a mattress and box spring. Also great quality and comfort. The delivery got a little wonky for a minute as they had our zip code entered incorrectly but Jason (sales) was great and got it all fixed. No delays for delivery. Delivery staff was quick and efficient. Highly recommend working with Jason from the McKnight Rd location. He was knowledgeable and professional, and got Us exactly what we wanted —— I did end up paying a little more for a mattress than I intended but my daughter was happy with her selection and the sales person, Lexi, wasn’t overly aggressive trying to upsell, even though I know they work on commission. Delivery was offered but decided to just pickup. I was told pickup process is easy but they just bring to your car/ won’t load it in your car. so if you’re buying something big you’d have to make sure you had help to load. Leadtime was about 1 week for the item we purchased. This is a lot better than the 4-6mo I had to wait back in 2020 for living room furniture. They have a snack station. Ice cream cookies candy etc. That really kept my daughter occupied while we checked out!
