We had a great experience with Derek at Bob’s furniture this week. He was quite knowledgeable and very helpful steering us to products we wanted to see. He did not hover but was always available when we had questions. We purchased several items and think we will be very happy with them.

Though we shopped around before coming to Bob’s, it was totally in the cards that we ended up at the Bob’s in Chandler. We met Alex at the door and told him what we were looking for. Alex was very kind and very helpful to shows us the dining room table we saw online. I don’t think we were in the store more than 30 minutes when we walked out with a new dining set. Great price and friendly people will keeps us coming back for our furniture needs. The picture is the dining room we were purchased.

Was very happy with my experience overall. I had been searching for a piece to hold my new Christmas present to myself and was having no luck at all. I originally found it online and then went to the store and could not be more pleased how quick and easy it was. Will recommend to others and will use in the future. The pictures are my new TV, the old dated surround I am replacing and finally what I got from Bobs, big enough for my new 75"

They are very friendly, helpful, and patient while you are in the store until you buy, and then if you have any issues or concerns with your purchases after all of that friendliness goes right out the window as they refuse to offer any type of compensation when they make the mistake. Bobs literally delivered me the wrong bed and expected me to pay the additional hundred dollars between the two beds. I also was told I had to drive back to the store to resubmit my Acima loan when it took me over 40 minutes to get the first loan signed and completed due to Internet connection and then when I refuse, they still would not offer me any type of compensation for my time or their error!! I am extremely disappointed with how Bob’s handles their customer service after they have wine and dined you to make a Purchase. The furniture itself is great. The delivery was great, but I would not recommend just for the simple fact that if you have a problem afterwards, you are in serious trouble and left hanging.

Had a great experience at Bob's! I was looking for a basic but functional power recliner for my girlfriend with a severe case of vertigo. Chris was extremely helpful in finding me the right product and did not apply an ounce of pressure to make a sale, he's awesome. He even put up with my stupid banter. The prices here are reasonable and the selection is decent. Thank you guys for not being slime mold like a lot of the other furniture stores.
