Purchased a bedroom side chair. Good selection and price competitive. Our sales associate, Jason, was very helpful without being intrusive. Store was well organized. Delivery process (we purchased the basic delivery where you have to unpack and assemble as needed) seems pretty straightforward.

My experience with Bob's discount Furniture was good. The manager met us at the door and Jason took over. He showed us what we might be looking for and I made a good selection. The Furniture is well made and priced right.

Warren was an excellent salesman. He was able to guide us to exactly what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable and gregarious. We just received our new sofa. The delivery team of Andres and Johanni was excellent as well. They were efficient and professional.

Went in looking for a Daybed or Pull Out Couch. Matt the salesman was super attentive and patient from pulling out the couch beds, showing us a few other options to what color we wanted. Never made us feel pressured or tried for an up sale. Cant speak highly enough about him! Ask for Matt you won't be disappointed

It was my time in bobs! I had a very great experience! I got the furniture I want! David was a wonderful help! Very nice,he explained everything well and I was happy with overall everything that was in the store! It was clean and really pretty!
