The store was very clean and inviting. My salesperson Ray was great. He introduced himself and then left me alone as I requested so I could roam the store at my leisure. When I had any questions he had all the answers that I needed to make my decision to buy my sofa and loveseat.

Wonderful service. Making my purchase with Pam as my sales person was a breeze. She was knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful. The cabinet was fairly priced, and the actual paperwork to complete the sale took less than 10 minutes. Looking forward to the white glove service we will receive upon delivery.

Their mattresses have a nice variety and are very comfortable. We got a good deal on a bed and mattress set. The staff were all very nice, especially Josh who helped with the majority of the sale. He has extensive knowledge of the products, gave good recommendations, asked questions to help narrow down choices, and a sense of humor. I would definitely recommend them to someone looking for furniture.

This is my first time in the store, I’ve been in Bob’s for ten minutes, no hello, three people have walked by, & NO can we help you! . I literally was sitting across from this guy, and nothing! He ignored me, I will look at the furniture; as there are some cool pieces. Their customer service is atrocious , their prices are higher than Ashley. Since walking in there is something triggering my asthma. I won’t be buying from them. I could give them zero stars I would the worst store ever.

Wife had picked out dining room table set online. Went to local store to to see, they did not have in stock but could get within couple days. Paid extra for delivery and set up looks great with our new flooring. Will return for living room outfit after remodel of house is complete.
