Very welcoming as soon as we walked in. The lady that helped us was very friendly. She was ok with the baby rolling around the bed and touching stuff. I would definitely go for Amanda to help me again.

From the time I walked in and was greeted by Cindy who was the most pleasant woman to deal with.. she accommodated me with my crazy furniture changes...to meeting with Toshyra in leasing my experience couldn't have been any better.. I did purchase a sectional on Wednesday January 7th 2026 received a text today should be delivered on Tuesday January 13th 2026 I sure hope this process goes as wonderful as the purchase process. Thank you to these wonderful ladies

Really nice experience in store. Happy with the prices. However, when we finally purchased the couch, our sales rep completely fabricated a delivery date. Said we'd get them this week, turns out the earliest wouldn't be for a month from now because they don't have the item in stock in the US. We were never notified of any change in delivery time; we found out on our own by calling since we hadn't heard from them in days. I was hoping to have the items in time for a party. Now I have to scramble. Not a single team member we've spoken to since has been apologetic or helpful whatsoever. We will be reviewing returns policy and likely going with someone more willing to earn our business.

Had a great experience here with James was a friendly advisor. He help us find a really good deal on a dinning table and sofa. Most of the furniture pricing is pretty fair and they had good selections!!

Went to check out some furniture that I found on their website. Sales lady was very nice. The Managers were nice. I got a sectional and my mum got a chair. Prices are very reasonable and there is a big selection of furniture. Also, when I got home and changed my mind about the orientation of the couch, one text message and the sales lady updated it.
