She also offered us a 30-day price guarantee discount during the non-promotion period, organised timely delivery, and most importantly, provided excellent after-sales service. Wendy has always been delightful in her interactions with us, and other design consultants at the Crows Nest store have also been very helpful. In particular, Ella even followed up with the delivery team regarding items we had purchased from another store. BoConcept furniture is of great quality- minimalist yet timeless. I’ve recently furnished most of my home with Bo Concept furniture pieces. Quite honestly they are very sleek, stylish and not to mention very contemporary and modern in design. I love the fact that all the pieces of furniture and decor that I purchased were very strong and sturdy. They are of top class quality money can buy. Well done to the design team at Bo Concept!!! On another note, I’d like to add a special mention to Ryan Stevens; Store Manager at the Moore Park Bo Concept store who has looked after me over all these years and provided me with an exceptional customer service experience.
