I was delighted with the service I got from Matthew K, especially as my initial contact was simply a phonecall to ask if Boconcept stocks one particular item. He emailed me with several illustrated alternative suggestions showing he understood exactly what I was looking for, and he followed up with phonecalls. The level of interest and attention from Matthew was excellent. I will go back to BoConcept!

Regular customer of BoConcept. The furniture quality is second to none. First class always. The girls in the showroom are always very friendly and welcoming and know their stuff - particularly Louise Clayton. Just today took delivery of my new BoConcept Kingston dining table. It's my second Kingston as I have it in another property. The design is stunning and it's built to last. Special mention also to the brilliant delivery guys - William and Paul. Could not be any nicer. Super helpful and efficient. Thank you once again to all BoConcept staff I've dealt with recently. Craig

I found the staff at Bo Concept in Glasgow extremely welcoming and helpful when looking for advice on furnishing an open plan living area. Matthew came out to have a look at the space with a variety of fabric samples and provided excellent advice. It was great to see the potential layouts on screen and I look forward to my new sofa and chair. An excellent and very professional service experience.

We had a great experience with Matthew at the Glasgow BoConsulant . I popped into the shop with my son to get some help designing his living room , the level of service was outstanding. He even went online to look at photos of the flat my son was moving into before Christmas, which really helped him tailor the advice. He offered to come out to the new flat to help my son see the colour scheme in the space and light and visualise how everything would work , which was incredibly thoughtful.There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything- just genuine, professional advise. I have used BoConcept before in my own home and always found the team to be friendly, helpful and very professional. Highly recommend Thank you Matthew for all the time you spent with us and looking forward to seeing it all come together

I've been a good customer of BoConcept for a number of years. The furniture is always on point and first class quality. The staff in the shop are always very friendly, polite and helpful. Recently just purchased some more furniture pieces with lots of help from Louise Clayton. Louise is very knowledgeable and on the ball. First class customer service from start to finish.
