I had a really disappointing experience at this spa and honestly wouldn’t recommend it. I purchased a bundle for over $450, and everything felt like an extra charge. When I asked about adding dermaplaning to my facial and possibly getting a discount, they barely acknowledged it. After going back and forth, they only offered 10%, which didn’t feel reasonable given how much I was already spending. The services themselves were not great. I asked for a French manicure, but the technician filed my nails down so much that it was actually grazing my skin—super uncomfortable. Both my manicure and pedicure were poorly done. On top of that, my friend and I were there from around 3 PM to almost 9 PM, and no one even offered us water. It didn’t feel relaxing or welcoming at all. When I checked out and expressed my concerns, the receptionist had an attitude and seemed more focused on getting payment than resolving anything. Saying “we’ll speak to the owner later” after the service is done and paid for is just not okay. The whole experience felt disorganized—they kept asking us what services we were getting like they didn’t even know. We left feeling thirsty, with headaches, and completely dissatisfied. Overpriced, unorganized, and definitely not a spa experience. I would not go back, and I wouldn’t recommend paying upfront either.

I went with a friend and we had an amazing time 🙌✨ From the moment we arrived, we loved the place because of how clean and well-maintained it is. We had a massage with María and Luisa, and the service was truly spectacular 💆♀️💖 Super professional, friendly, and they made us feel very comfortable at all times. Afterwards, we went to the sauna, and it was the perfect complement to completely relax. We left feeling refreshed 😍 I would definitely go back and highly recommend it if you want to disconnect and treat yourself to some quality self-care.

Spa-licious!! I had the most amazing facial by Karen. She left my skin like new, after taking dead skin off my face. The place is very relaxing. Carolina, the owner is very accommodating. Thank you ladies. Can't wait to go back!!!
