I’ve been coming to Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi On Flamingo for a little over 2 months and the BNB classes have changed my life. After my relocation in March, I needed an outlet and found BNB at a convention and from my first visit in May to know, July, I have to say that I’m a completely different person. I love Body and Brain as a daily life practice. It focuses on all aspects of body and brain health to live your best life as the aging process continues. Helps with aches and pains physically as well as emotionally. Promotes self healing, gut detox, muscle strength and more. There are workshops for healing and self development which are an excellent source for all ages. It has all helped me tremendously where I didn't know I needed. There is something for everyone here no matter what age or condition or if you simply just want to move your body. The instructors are awesome and you learn so much.
