I purchased a Precor Elliptical and worked directly with Mr. Taulton. He responded promptly to all of my questions. Delivery and set up went smoothly. I highly recommend them for the purchase of premium workout equipment.
Bought a LifeSpan TR4000i Treadmill on line from this company through Walmart, got an excellent price and quick shipping to my house. This is a professional treadmill as I have just recently returned to running at age 71, I would recommend this company and their equipment to anyone that values good health and fitness!
Bought an Inspire Fitness FT2 with installation from them for a great price. 6 months later I order extra plates and they did everything over the phone and deliver the plates directly to my house. I did not have the same experience with other local places so I thank you for your service!
I contacted this company after looking over their website and their 3 reviews. It "appeared" legit. After the owner (Marsha) sent me several different treadmills that I could rent, I decided up the Spirit XT685 Treadmill. Her response was that it was "being serviced and the small part needed is back ordered for 6-8weeks." "With this, I can rent you a higher end Precor 9.35 Treadmill for$109.99 + tax." Against my better judgment. I agreed. Well....270.00 later, the treadmill was delivered that Sat. Turns out, the "HIGHER END Precor" was 15 yrs old! None of the 12 programs worked! The distance didn't work! and the Calories didn't work! I contacted Marsha via e-mail on Sunday and requested they pick up the treadmill ASAP and a full refund. When I called on Monday, Marsha she told me that the treadmill was working before it left the warehouse. Anyway, they picked up the treadmill on Wednesday. I received a refund of 119.06 back. Marsha, charged me 151.55 for delivery and pickup to include taxes. I only had the treadmill for 5 days and used it twice! I would not recommend doing business with this place. I know learned a valuable lesson.
Purchased our Spirit Esprit ET-2 treadmill over 6 years ago and have had no problems. Still a satisfied customer. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr Taulton - prompt home delivery and setup.
