I highly recommend this Physio! I have overcome long term injuries thanks to Luke . He is kind and knowledgeable, and I know I can get my desired results through his guidance. I felt the plans were exactly suited to my situation and the outcomes were realistic. Proud to say I don't have the same struggles anymore and feeling very positive!

I am so grateful that this business exists and for Tim (Physiotherapist) for my baseline cardio assessment today. Following my cardiac ablation last month, I really wanted to find someone who can help me safely get back into a fitness plan. Tim has so much knowledge and expertise with patients who have had similar problems. The money I spent for the session was more than worth it. I have a good plan for the month of exercises I can do alongside other activities. They have all the equipment needed to support people easing back into activities. The physiotherapist is very passionate about getting people back into activity. It is so important that a place that this exists. Thankyou for helping me get started!

I’ve always been extremely happy with the service provided by BodyFit. I generally see Tim who has a great level of professionalism and is very thorough. I have been for back issues & more recently a bad ankle sprain. I always feel like it’s a dedicated path to recovery with good self management advice so you don’t have to keep going back. Unlike some physios where you feel like they want your money also. Can definitely recommend!

I highly recommend the Body Fit Physiotherapy Team for their expert care and professionalism. Most recently, I have seen Luke for neck and ankle injuries. He clearly explained the causes of my pain and outlined effective treatment options. Luke created a tailored rehab plan, including a home exercise program, and ensured I understood each step of the process to continue this independently and avoid reinjury. He made recommendations as to how I can adjust my work duties during recovery, which was incredibly helpful. Thank you again Body Fit Team
