Vick is a welcoming, knowledgeable and passionate gym owner. The machines in this gym are carefully picked out with optimum resistance curves and range of motion in mind. The facility is clean and the atmosphere is peaceful. Air conditioning plus wifi plus coffee are the cherry ontop. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking to get a focused lift in the gold coast.

Body Temple is an amazing boutique gym with a tonne of fitness equipment and space for all of your workouts. You don't have to climb over other people to get a workout in and the personal training is holistic and well rounded, they don't just make you lift weights, they tailor workouts to you, so you can work on things that make you fitter, stronger and healthier. I've tried EMF and anytime fitness and they just don't compare to Body Temple.

Owner and Trainer Vic is wonderful and provides all his members with amazing advice as well as professional programs to suit individual goals and fitness achievements. The gym itself has nothing but the best equipment and super clean facilities. Also offering classes and infra red sauna as well as beauty services. Right down to free coffee and fruit as well as fresh clean bath and workout towels every need is taken care of. For anyone wanting the ultimate boutique gym experience.

Joined this gym a while back and have been going here ever since. The owner is incredibly nice, friendly, motivating and very dedicated to running a fantastic gym. The place is exceptionally tidy, equipment is new and well maintained and plenty of options to choose from. The amenities are very clean and even include an infrared sauna - highly recommend! The owner also gives you the option to tailor a work put plan to your needs and desires, regularly going through measurements and check ups. Also incredibly involved and caring, where he will check in on you personally to make sure everything is going smoothly. Great to go to for nutritional advice to achieve the results you want, too. All in all, it is one of the best, if not the best gym I joined, and one can tell that the owner really cares about and for this place and it shows through the energy levels and motivation he exudes. As a great bonus - the gym is never crowded, even during peak hours!
