I had an amazing 90 minute therapeutic massage with Keilor. He found all the knots and sore spots. Great technique, both firm, and gentle when necessary. Very calming presence and puts you at ease immediately. I love that I found a massage place that is a 10 minute walk from my home. ❤️

Monté is an excellent masseuse. Unlike many others, he is actually able to use extremely deep pressure to work through chronically tight areas! It's called body WORK, and that's exactly what I go for- to enhance recovery and workout performance- so I am very grateful to find a masseuse who has the power to really get in there and break apart all the knots. Also worth noting is that there wasn't excessive small talk conversation throughout the massage, which is definitely how I prefer it! The environment was very relaxing and music was on point. Yes, I will definitely be returning. Thank you Monté!

I had a great massage with Monte at BodyWork Clinic. I arrived a few minutes early a it was my first time there and it happened to be the first appointment of the day. No name outside to indicate this was BodyWork Clinic, but once Monte arrived and we went inside everything was fantastic. He asked about areas to focus on and pressure and checked in throughout the massage. I will definitely be back!

Highly recommend! I run often and had been experiencing pain and tightness. I had a deep tissue massage and brief stretch session with Monté and it was one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. Many “spas” claim to offer deep tissue and I walk away feeling disappointed despite asking for pressure. Monté listened to my needs and adjusted accordingly, ensuring I had the desired experience and outcome. He was friendly and extremely professional. The facility was small but clean and comfortable, booking online was very easy. Would recommend for any athletes looking for a therapeutic and serious deep tissue experience. I will definitely be back!

Very high value here. I've had many massages over the years. Vanessa Castillo is one of the best I've ever worked with. The specifics of her process were very restful and she certainly did not rush things. Especially with an environment that is not a large and plush spa, having a great masseuse is important. Vanessa was just that.
