I would not recommend. Richard will meet you with respect and decency, once hired that will turn to narcissism very quickly. Once your retainer is collected you will have many issues getting in contact with him, this didn’t seem like a “law firm” but more of a man, who is readily unavailable. If you voice your concerns at one of the few points you’ve been able to reach him, you will be met with defensiveness and deflection, the only thing that moved my case was the threat of reporting his lack of morale obligation being reported to the state. Non-contest divorce, took 10 months and $5,000.

I hired him as a divorce attorney about 5 years ago. He put on a good showed and sympathized before I gave him a retainer fee. After I paid he took almost a month to return any calls, and when he finally did produce the paperwork work it wasn’t even professional. I would not recommend him.
