What a wonderful group of professionals at Bon air animal hospital. They have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and they all are extremely helpful and polite and the veterinary team is top notch and always just so helpful and supportive and they always explain in such detail to you about your pet’s condition. I can’t say enough good things about these people and I won’t ever bring my pets anywhere else as long as they are around! This is your new veterinarian office you will not regret it! Seth Lipstock has been amazing helping us through our 10yr old Golden Retriever having cancer. He listens, observes, looks for all possible options to help our sweet girl. Highly recommend him!

When we moved to the area, Bon Air Animal Hospital was the closest veterinarian to us, so of course we decided to give them a try. We have two 6lb Pomeranians who adored their vet back in West Virginia, but we often had questions that never really got answered. From our very first visit here, though, the experience was completely different — and amazing! Dr. Haney was incredibly kind during our initial appointment to set up care and update vaccinations. He immediately noticed something we had been asking about for years: Winston has double luxating patella, grade 3, in both his back legs. Our previous vet had brushed off his wobbly walk and simply said, “he just wants attention.” To finally have a doctor listen, take time, and give us a real explanation was both eye-opening and such a relief. We left that day so impressed with the attentiveness and care shown to our pups. Then just yesterday, we had to make an emergency trip when Waverly ate a dead wasp and became very sick — vomiting and passing blood. It was so scary. Dr. O'Malley saw us for that visit and she was nothing short of phenomenal. She was patient, compassionate, and thorough, walking me through everything step by step. She even sat down with me to explain the estimate line by line — why certain treatments were necessary, what she recommended, and what alternatives we could consider if finances were a concern. In that moment, it was so clear she truly cared about both my dogs and me as their owner. That level of transparency and support meant the world. Thankfully, Waverly is recovering well now. Between Dr. Haney, Dr. O’Malley, and the whole staff, we are beyond grateful to have found Bon Air Animal Hospital. They are attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely compassionate. We know our pups are in the best hands here, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I brought my pet pig here to get spayed. Thank goodness our local vet knew of Bon Air Animal Hospital. We couldn't find anyone that would spay a pig. The staff here were super friendly. They take the time to explain everything and answer any questions you might have. Thank you so much for doing what yall do!

I’m glad I moved my vet care to Bon Air Animal Hospital, where the staff members are compassionate, caring, and gentle. My first experience with the Bon Air Hospital was taking my kitty of many years, Apple Blossom, in for kidney failure. The Veterinarian presented our options in a kind and caring manner. We lost Apple that day but gained a veterinarian staff I trust to care for my little Moki.
