I had amazing experience at the Hoboken location but the JC location was pretty awful. They did not honor my appointment time and asked me to wait for an hour. My scheduled doctor was too busy to help me. And staff were very rude to me as well… I understand they are busy but they could treat me with more respect and communicate better.

100% do not recommend the jersey city location. Do not be fooled by the fake reviews for dr shannon; those accounts are either fake or have little review history

Everyone at Bond Vet was incredibly understanding, compassionate, and professional. They took the time to consider my financial situation and helped me clearly understand what was happening with my cat, Kasumi. When they realized the seriousness of her condition, they immediately scheduled her for emergency surgery the very same day to perform an urgent spay. The way the team organized my visit, prioritized the situation, and acted quickly to save Kasumi’s life meant more to me than I can put into words. Their kindness, efficiency, and dedication truly made a difficult moment much easier to get through. I will be forever grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart—you saved Kasumi and a big part of me today. My deepest appreciation goes out to the entire Bond Vet team.
