Dear Brandy, Hi! May I please have just a minute to express my heartfelt gratitude to you for the excellent Customer Service provided to us by the Bonick Pool Division. Yesterday, Joel came over to our home to check out our pool system. He was friendly, very polite, smart, caring, professional, hardworking and represented your company in the finest ways possible. Joel asked all of the right questions to determine our concerns and needs when he first arrived. He quickly went to work addressing every issue and took care of each concern perfectly. We are 100% happy and completely satisfied with Joel's work here. I just wanted to say Thank You for sending Joel out to help us yesterday. I had a consultation with them and agreed to their project minimum of $100,000 to start. Someone I had never talked to showed up an hour early for our appointment (after the first guy called me back to ask when our appointment was since he didn’t write it down). I don’t feel like the guy listened to anything I had to say and did not write anything down. He told me he would come up with a budget proposal and we would go from there. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard anything. I don’t know about everyone else but when I plan to spend more than $100,000 on a project, I expect the company I am doing business with to communicate with me. I will not be using them.

I have used Bonick Landscaping as my yard service for more than 10 years. The workers are trustworthy and reliable. I know that when I go away for several months at a time that they will be here every week keeping the yard immaculate. If I need new plants, I can count on them to do it right every time. I highly recommend Bonick.

Communication, which is so important, is excellent and the installation crew is skilled and thoughtful with each step of the process.
