Neither my grandparents nor we had the experience that other reviewers seem to have had. We had a cleaner come out that was not clear on what they were to do. Grandparents had cleaners that were late (beyond the 30-minute specified window) and did not treat their property with respect. Owner disputes when issues are raised. Would not recommend. Have had a far better experience with non-agency cleaners.

I only discovered Bonnie brooms as I was leaving Edinburgh but if I’d come across them sooner, id no doubt have had their team doing my regular cleaning. Everyone I interacted with at the company was a delight to talk to and I really got the feeling they cared about customer experience, and treat their team/employees with respect.
