Ricky is a hard worker who covers all the aspects of housework with which I ask her to deal. She is very willing and very pleasant, and my cats are happy with her in the house. Her attention to detail is excellent.

Bonnie Brooms cleaners are always very nice and doing a very good job. I go out with my dogs for two hours and come back to a nice and clean house.

Neither my grandparents nor we had the experience that other reviewers seem to have had. We had a cleaner come out that was not clear on what they were to do. Grandparents had cleaners that were late (beyond the 30-minute specified window) and did not treat their property with respect. Owner disputes when issues are raised. Would not recommend. Have had a far better experience with non-agency cleaners.

I only discovered Bonnie brooms as I was leaving Edinburgh but if I’d come across them sooner, id no doubt have had their team doing my regular cleaning. Everyone I interacted with at the company was a delight to talk to and I really got the feeling they cared about customer experience, and treat their team/employees with respect.
