Nothing labeled. Everything in the wrong place. Impossible to find a single thing you are looking for. But they do have about 83 copies of "Warcraft: Lord of the Clans" strewn about in every corner of the store.

This place has alot of potential that needs some tapping-into: The store carries a good selection of books, the shop is clean and well polished, and the owner can be interesting to talk to, but he does seem selective and sometimes indifferent about interacting with customers. There is no labeling on the shelves or any kind of directory for the customers to find what they're looking for. There is only one chair to take a seat to read and there aren't any tables to set books down on and read. The store's setup needs to be more intuitive to the customer, otherwise it's more of a book warehouse then it is an actual bookstore. I think if the issues that I mentioned get addressed by the owner, this business could experience alot of potential growth!!
