Books-a-Million carries a large selection of Rolife kits (kits that you put together to create miniature shops, rooms, etc.).BUYER BEWARE for purchasing at the Books - A -Million at Levi’s Commons. I purchased one (Simon’s Coffee Shop) and after opening I discovered that part of it was completed, broken, and the glue had leaked completely out of the bottle and was dried on everything. Now this was a brand new box, shrink-wrapped and everything. I took it back and tried to replace it with the exact same Simon’s Coffee Shop but they didn’t have one. They couldn’t explain how it was used yet looked new. Also said they would mark this as defective. Two weeks later I go back into store and there once again was Simon’s Coffee Shop on the shelf nice and new looking. Supervisor confirmed that they had not gotten a new shipment. She also confirmed they have the ability to shrink wrap. This store is taking back damaged and used merchandise, re-wrapping it and presenting it as new. Can only assume if they do it for these kits they do it for everything. There is nothing right about this practice. The kit I purchased would have had it done at least twice. So again, BUYER BEWARE.

This store incorrectly told me that they now only can do one coupon per day. I have been to pretty much every store in Ohio and Indiana in the last year and that is not the case. In fact, they encourage you to use multiple coupons on the SAME transaction (you can do one percentage and one flat amount on the same purchase). She was very nice so I didn't want to ruin the interaction but it was pretty upsetting. Also, employees were having personal conversations with non-worker friends for a very long time, and a long co-worker argument was happening by the restroom. This took employees away from the checkout at one end of the store which was staffed prior to this. This didn't inspire much confidence. I've always loved this store before but things need to be fixed.

Nice bookstore with a massive selection. Some great deals to be found as well. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. My ONLY complaint is they didn't have anyone at the back registers but I didn't die from having to walk back to the front.

Came to get some recipe books, because ordering them online is not the way at all. I need to see what recipes I'm getting and if they are something I would actually want to eat and make. Can't do that online at all. Somethings are honestly better in person, and I enjoy bookstores alot and hope they never go away. This store was huge!!!! I could spend all day in here and spend all my money too! I had to resist so many temptations and just get some cookbooks today. But tomorrow....hahaha well, maybe. The cashier was really friendly and did an outstanding job pitching their rewards program. She has a future in advertising for sure, a graduate even. Good luck girl. One of the few huge bookstores left in this corner of Ohio, and may it always stay right there in Perrysburg. Will be back for sure!

As big as the store is, it had one book in stock that I was looking for. The man at the register asked if I had a rewards card and when I said no he didnt offer for me to sign up, unlike Barnes and Nobles who also had 3 books in stock. The book was a good read though.
