Purchase books at low prices (50¢ for soft covers, $1 for hard covers) to support our nonprofit mission of providing free books to children.
Free Books for Kids
Receive up to 10 free books per child, no child presence required, to encourage reading and literacy in the community.

Donate gently used books to be redistributed to children and adults, supporting our cause directly.

10 free books per child. Child does not have to be present to get books. My kids love going here! They accept book donations as well!

nice place, people are friendly. they have lots of books for kids to enjoy and also a section for adults. I happened to stop by on book reading for kids on Saturday, I could tell the little kids were having lots of fun

Great place for book lovers and first time readers. We went for the 1st time and were pleasantly surprised by book readings. My godson loved the voices used by Michael Angelo, he kept the audience engaged. Thank-you to the ladies for the tips on the books. This place is truly a GEM!! 💗

Absolutely beautiful non profit book store, the money from there 50cent soft cover and 1 dollar hard cover books goes to more books for children who can't afford them. Also in the entrance they keep children and adult FREE books for those who just want to pick up and read a new book or for those who may not be able to afford it. The staff is very kind and they have a section of books multiple library style cases in another room for adults to also buy and enjoy. I've found so many great vintage, literature, poems, fantasy and so soooo much more. I highly recommend Books are gems for their non profit cause and their amazing prices of books 50 cent and 1 dollar. This place will ALWAYS be my first choice for books

A fantastic place for books that serves the community. The space is warm and friendly and perfect for kiddos and adults. They also accept book donations, and it feels better giving to them instead of Goodwill since they'll go right back into the hands of kids in the community.
