Honestly from start to finish, everyone was amazing. Dr and all the nurses were very professional and made for a very pleasant experience. Very comfortable place and beautiful location.
The process from beginning to end was a positive one. On my initial visit to the Bosley office, everything was explained in detail, procedure, cost, etc. Once the process of hair restoration began, everything happened on the timeline explained. The doctor and the assistants were all professional, and I'm extremely happy with the results. I plan to do a second procedure in the near future.
I had my eyebrow transplant at Bosley San Francisco and the experience was amazing. Danielle, Josh and the rest of the staff made me feel supported every step of the way. Danielle was my main point of contact. She was amazing and so helpful—she answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable from the start. During the procedure, there were about 5 or 6 people involved, and everyone was professional, friendly, and caring. Dr. Cole was great—very skilled and reassuring. Even three weeks later, they’re still checking in and making sure I’m healing well. This is truly the best place to trust with something as personal as your eyebrows. I’m so grateful for their support.
My initial consult was with Danielle was prompt. She was more than competent, knowledgeable and such a delight to work with. I was also fortunate to have Dr. Cole as my surgeon. He is cool and confident, providing a satisfactory plan and execution of the procedure. The whole staff at the San Francisco facility was very kind, patient, and professional. I anticipate sharing my success story by next year.
