I went to a different dentist on Monday They refused to pull a tooth because I take baby aspirin. Ended up in ER with facial swelling. Made an appointment with Boston Dental for Tuesday. Seen a dentist and explained my pain. She examined me and founded an infectioned cyst. She lanced the cyst and drained the pus out. I am on antibiotics for a week. Than I will have bad tooth surgically extracted. The Dentist at Boston Dental tried to numb my gums but because of infection ended up doing procedure without numbing because it wouldn't work. She was as careful as she could be to get me thru the draining process. She was gentle and compassionate. I will only use Boston Dental for all my dental needs.

Kind, prompt, gentle, and highly skilled. Although I don’t enjoy going to the dentist, Dr Koch was great. I think this establishment is a very well oiled machine with good dentists. Definitely do not regret coming here.

I've been coming to this office for many years. Enough can't be said about it's location and how convenient it is. Staff are extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The space is very well kept, organized, and clean. Highly recommend this to anyone reading and I promise I often recommend it to my friends and family.

I've been a patient at Boston Dental for about 4 years and I've always had a great experience. The office is clean, they're flexible with appointments, and I've never experienced a delay longer than 5 min. I've been very happy with my care. I highly recommend!

I was seen at Boston Dental (Downtown Crossing). The office staff were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Fang and her assistant Jess were wonderful. They took the time to listen to my concerns, and were very gentle, knowledgeable, and caring. Dr. Fang performed a thorough exam/evaluation. Her expertise and lovely disposition helped to put my mind at ease. The office is tastefully decorated, modern, and clean and comfortable. The friendliness, communication style, and the quality of care could not have been better. Thank you! I highly recommend Boston Dental, and especially Dr. Fang.
