With over 500 reviews averaging 5 stars, you know this place is legit. I’ve visited four times now and will be back for a fifth. It’s a solid mix of locals and out-of-town visitors—from bourbon nerds who camped out at Heaven Hill at 2am to the unpretentious guy enjoying a $5 Sazerac Rye Old Fashioned. The staff knows their bourbon without being pushy and actually cares about the experience, not just making a sale. Prices are fair, the selection is strong, and the atmosphere is easygoing. If you’re looking for good bourbon, fair pricing, and a genuinely friendly place, this delivers. A must-visit.

Great experience! Definitely stop by and sit at the bar and try a few drinks! Baron did an amazing job choosing out some tasting options for me and a friend. They really know their stuff and have an amazing selection of booze!

Highly recommend this place. Sam was incredibly insightful. He got to know us enough to know the best bourbons to offer and made my gf a really great espresso martini. I ended up leaving with a great deal on a good bottle of bourbon I couldn’t find anywhere in TX. Thanks again Sam.

Every single person who works here is genuinely incredible and makes you feel like part of the family the moment you walk through the door. Randy is always a great time his energy and humor make every visit enjoyable. Raymond is the definition of personable and helpful; he takes the time to talk with you, answer questions, and guide you toward something you’ll truly enjoy. Baron is an absolute wealth of knowledge when it comes to bourbon and flavor profiles, he can explain a pour in a way that makes you appreciate every single note in the glass. And Sam, the owner, is one of the most phenomenal people you’ll ever meet. He’s clearly in this business for all the right reasons, with a true passion for bourbon and for creating a welcoming, one-of-a-kind experience for every customer. The selection here is unmatched. I’ve probably tried over 20 different bottles they have available for pours, and if there’s something specific you’re hoping to taste, odds are they have it. This is the first place I ever tried Pappy, and they make it just as easy to sample the basic staples when you want something simple and familiar. Every time I’m in Louisville, I’ll be stopping here without question. I’m genuinely excited to continue building a relationship with this amazing team and store. They’ve set the bar so high, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Truly, this place deserves a 10/5 rating—absolutely exceptional in every way.
