I would recommend BounceHouse Gals although I had an unusual situation. I ordered package for the first time with this company relatively last minute (in my eyes). I was really concerned with the upcoming weather. BounceHouse Gals acknowledged my concern and assured me that if by the day before my scheduled delivery, the weather is still unsatisfactory, they would refund my deposit. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a message about the weather and my options available the day before my event. It made me feel comfortable that this business was not only concerned about my party’s safety but cared about the concern I had during a previous discussion. They are also clearly monitoring the weather! It’s not only about money…I was immediately credited my refund after canceling. I’m sold and hope to use them again in the future. I selected this company because they had some cool reasonably packages (bounce house with 2 other activities - such as jumbo jenga and connect 4 (to name a few). No delivery fee within a particular radius in Pasco county. Just based on customer service, I would definitely recommend.
We used Bounce House Gals for the first time at the recommendation of our neighbor and the entire experience was fantastic! From beginning to end it was great. The bounce house came on time. They set it up and cleaned the whole thing. It was in excellent condition and looked new. We had it for two days for two different birthday parties and the kids had an amazing time. Will definitely be giving Bounce House Gals our business again!
We contacted Bounce House Gals only a few days before our daughter's birthday party (didn't think we would need one but decided to try last minute). We didn't have a lot of time to price compare, but we were very thankful that the one our daughter got to use at a recent Fall Festival was available. Another company even said that the price we were getting was great. The experience from beginning to end was so smooth with Patrick coordinating all the details and answering my many questions, and Wesley and Troy arriving to set up the slide seamlessly and having a long hose we could use to make the slide a water slide (also decided last minute to go for that too and we're glad we did). They were very personable and kind with our daughter, who didn't know she was getting this slide until they arrived. This was our first time getting a bounce house. The whole experience was great. They will be our go-to next time for sure, and I highly recommend Bounce House Gals!
