Booking a party was such a brilliant experience all round. Booking process was easy to do online. All questions I had were available via the chat option. On the day, the staff were fantastic at every stage of the party - very approachable and attentive. The food was great and the set up was simple and excellent. It was easy for us as parents and ann incredibly fun experience for all the kids.

We had an amazing time at Bounce. We celebrated our kids party there and it was a huge hit. All our guests were very happy. We would like to give a big thank you to the Bounce team, especially the hosts who took care of our party and made the whole experience completely stress free. They ensured the kids got turns on every part of the soft play area while taking the water breaks. The food was presented beautifully, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful with everything we needed. I would definitely give them a five star rating and highly recommend Bounce to friends. We will absolutely be coming back for future parties. Also to mention there customer service team is also very helpful and cooperative with every booking inquiry.A big thank you to the Team Bounce 🌸

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We took our Joey Scout group and had a hostess package — Alex did an amazing job! The kids had a fantastic time, and the grown-ups were just as happy. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had such a great birthday party at Bounce Essendon Fields! The kids had the best time jumping and playing, and the staff were so friendly and helpful from start to finish. Really appreciate how smoothly everything went — thank you for making it such a fun day! 🎂💫
