Young staff are friendly, caring and fun. My son hurt himself and the staff were quick to respond. Multiple people checked on him, they provided ice and made him rest. The staff are always friendly. The staff are excellent in my opinion. The venue is well mainatined as well.

The reason for our low score is due to the following reasons: 1. Most of the jumping facilities were closed due to staff unavailability today afternoon. Lack of staff availability is not our problem if we've paid full price for it. We expected that all facilities should have been included considering that's what we were told at the front counter and also whilst booking online. 2. The place was extremely warm. When we requested a staff member to switch on the fans (not even aircon), we are advised that they can't do it. This is extremely unsafe considering Brisbane has been hot and children are jumping. 3. Due to lack of jumping spaces such as dodge ball being closed (due to lack of staff), we let our children into the arena keeping supervision of them since most of the other areas were closed. One of the staff members started lecturing our children when we were not around. When told that there should be staff and we've paid for the facilities, there was no response. We were extremely disappointed with bounce today. This is not the level of service we should be expecting.

A Cautionary Tale: Avoid Weekend Mayhem unless you want to entertain the 9th circle of hell. Bounce, is an absolute test of patience on a weekend. What should be an hour of fun turns into a nightmarish, sweat-soaked ordeal. The venue is grossly oversold; imagine stuffing three times the comfortable capacity into a facility designed for one. It is a deafening, sensory overload where parents stand guard over their terrified children, praying no one gets clotheslined by a rogue teen freestyler. The management clearly prioritizes profit over safety and customer experience. The disappointment only deepens when you encounter the staff. They are overwhelmed, disengaged, and seem utterly indifferent to the chaos unfolding around them—barely moving from the sidelines, even as minor collisions happen. If you must come, go on a weekday. But frankly, save your money and your sanity. Do not come here on a weekend. Also if you love paying for water with gold and the water not even being cold, this is definitely the place to come.

If you’re wanting a fun day out, spend a bit more money on fuel and travel up to Morayfield Bounce instead. Not only were there too many people at McGregor, but bounce staff weren’t open/friendly. I spent 3 quarters of my time waiting and the other quarter trying to explain to my children why they kept getting kicked out of free jump from the bounce staff (too many children). Trampolines were not well monitored, the toilets were dirty, and unlike the wonderful facilities at Morayfield, this bounce charges for borrowing shoes. If your children have sensory needs, they will not be offered stickers as an alternative to wristbands. I respectfully regret spending my money here and advise others to book elsewhere. Wish I could get my $100 + back, -A Morayfield Bounce Member

A very friendly young woman lead our son's birthday party enthusiastically. The kids had a great time. Laser tag was a highlight and the free play zone. Great for a "off-site" birthday function for kids. They had a private room set up for us, provide a fun pair of socks for the kids and then lead them around for various sections/games. Brought our own cake and party bags and that was it. The kid's potato gems and chicken were hot and fresh. Lots of space for parents to chill and order their own drinks/food if needed, AND, the coffee is excellent. Will return in the future for sure. Thanks guys!
