Disappointed as I paid for 2hrs online and it was packed when wet got there. My 8yr old Grandson was pushed off a trampoline and hurt himself in the first 5 min. Couldn't get a refund. Asked the Counter staff and they said no. They saw us arrive 5 min before and still nothing.

The venue is huge and clean, lots of fun stuff for the kids, however we had difficulty getting entry with our bounce memberships, despite the fact it should give the kids access to all locations. In the mini bounce section we were told we weren't allowed on the trampolines at all with our young children, not even to gently support them bounce, despite the other bounce locations understanding why this is appropriate for young children. I can't speak to the bigger bounce area, but I don't think the staff quite understand the nuances around little bouncers, which explains why that section was so dead.

We had a fantastic birthday party experience at BOUNCE! A big thank you to Charlotte for handling everything so smoothly — she really helped keep the whole party organised and running on time. From managing the group of energetic boys to helping with the cake and coordinating the flow, she made everything so much easier for us. The kids had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave! Really appreciate Charlotte’s support and professionalism. Highly recommend!

We recently hosted a party at Bounce and unfortunately the experience was really disappointing. The staff seemed overworked and there was a clear lack of communication throughout the event. Despite paying for additional food, we didn’t receive everything we ordered, which was frustrating when catering for a group of kids. A big issue was that the kids missed out on activities we specifically booked and paid for. Laser Force wasn’t available due to being broken, and rock climbing never happened either — there was no communication about this during the party. When I followed up, I was told it was “too late,” even though I had raised it earlier. This was especially frustrating as we also paid extra for an additional guide to take the kids around. The party room itself wasn’t properly prepared — there were balloons and leftover items from a previous party, and we didn’t have enough plates or cups. I had to ask multiple times for basic things to be sorted. Overall, it felt disorganised and not up to the standard you’d expect, especially given the cost. Really disappointing experience.
