the BEST experience with Russel. He’s proficient, timely, communicative, and personable. I have rented bounce houses for years and lately it seems the bigger venues have merged and have become(or act) too corporate to care about customer standards. Twice now in the last two months I’ve had other companies cancel on me, last minute. Or not honor their “discount” …. As a small co owner myself I take pride in customer service and Russel has successfully dialed in his customer service. 💯 percent.
We rented a water slide for our daughter’s birthday party and it was perfect. The communication was excellent and made for easy and smooth planning. The slide arrived and was up quickly and ahead of schedule. My hose wasn’t quite long enough but Bounce the House provided another hose and an extension cord free of charge. Russel is personable and goes the extra mile to ensure a great experience with the rentals. We highly recommend Bounce the House and will be using them again!
Update!!! 2nd Review: May 2025! Even better communication, great timely manner, so professional 👏. Honestly, we had the best time!! He comes on time and takes it all away without an issue at all. The relief after a successful party. We rented the bounce house gamer & slide. It was a blast! I'm probably going to make this a tradition now. The website was so easy to use and book! He's so flexible. Love this company and authenticity. 1st review: Most professional businesses worked with through FB. There is plenty of information and patience! More than just a bounce house rental. Slides, axe throwing. Russell honors his contacts, is a great person to work with. He went above & beyond for our little man's bday party, thank you!!
Bounce the House is an Awesome company to work with! For the last six years, we were using another local company, however the new owner would not honor our agreement with the previous owner. With two weeks left, Bounce the House was able to support our event a bring out 4 different bounces, slides combos, and an obstacle course. They set up for us the day before so they would be ready when our All Abilities Carnival started. Great communication and Awesome Service!
I recently used Bounce the House for a kids' event and was thoroughly impressed. Their team was fantastic: professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating to our needs. They took the stress out of the entire process, which was a huge relief. I highly recommend Bounce the House and have already added them to my preferred vendor list.
