We booked Bounce Town 412 for their 20x40 tent package with tables and chairs, and the whole experience was excellent! The tent and equipment were spotless and very well maintained, which really showed how much they care about cleanliness. The crew arrived right on time, worked quickly, and were very professional throughout setup and tear down. Sophia was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free with great communication from start to finish. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I had a surprise party for my son this past weekend and he absolutely loved it!!! The bright eyes and smile when he seen the bounce house you would’ve thought it was Christmas morning… lol Everything was perfect! From the bounce house to the tent to the tables & chairs. Dustin & Bounce Town 412 went above & beyond expectations for our end of season baseball picnic! All the kids, ages 4-13, LOVED the bounce houses. Communication was A1; Dustin checked in multiple times along the way, answering any questions or concerns I had, & also on the day of the event to ensure everything ran smoothly. Thank you again for everything, we can’t wait to use you guys next year! 10/10 recommend, we will never use anyone else!
