I brought my nephews here for the first time this weekend. They’re usually very energetic and since this place offers an all day admission I decided to bring them for the first time. Samira was very kind and welcoming to my nephews as they are shy when first interacting with people. They had a great time chatting with her. She showed us around the party room as their birthdays are coming up soon. The place was overall very clean and my nephews loved it. We will definitely be returning customers!

I had my son’s 5th birthday party here and it was great! The owner was so nice and responded quickly to my emails. The staff members were awesome in helping me set up which was much needed since they only allow you 15 min to decorate the room. They helped clean at the end of the party as well. Super sweet staff and the kids had a blast! A huge plus was being able to bring in our own finger foods for an extra fee which we didn’t mind because most places don’t even allow outside foods. Highly recommend for parties!

So much better & clean under new ownership! Like the flooring and small tables and chairs. We go here with our granddaughter when visiting the area. The new bounce houses are bigger and better. The music isn't as loud(thank goodness). The games are overpriced for what you get, but we don't do those here, take her to the arcade at the mall. Lowering the price would get more use out of them. They set up a separate coloring area in a party room this particular day(day after Thanksgiving) that was a nice touch.

Price is reasonable- about $20 per child for unlimited play time. Facility is clean, staff are friendly. Multiple bounce options for kids of all ages. They also have arcade games, but I feel like the prices for those are too expensive. They are $1.75-$2.00 for 30-60 seconds of play time, it adds up quick. They have massage chairs for the adults for additional cost but you can't enjoy them because other parents are sitting in them, playing on their cell phones. They're never asked or told to move. Bigger kids can at times ruin it for the smaller kids, as they climb all over the bouncers instead of using them as intended, but that's a lack of parenting and paying attention to their kids. We come about once a month.

The only reason that I'm giving this place a 3 out of 5 stars is because the bounce houses need a good cleaning, and a few should really be updated. The bathrooms are updated and clean, and the staff is really friendly. The website gives you the impression that you need to make a reservation prior to going. This is not the case. I really like the fact you may leave and return. For example, if your little one(s) needs a nap, you can leave and return as long as it's the same day. There's massage chairs that parents can use while the children play and pleanty of other seating available. My grandchildren LOVE this place! This place has the potential to be amazing! Hopefully, I can give them a 5 star review one day.
