They showed up with a MUCH bigger inflatable than we paid for or requested. We had to rework the "floor plan" of our carnival to accommodate the huge object. The set up crew did not speak English at all and did not give any safety instructions as is usually done. They would not answer any questions because they said they did not speak English at all. They also wanted to drop off several hours early which was impossible since the event is in the parking lot and we are a school that needed to dismiss 700 students before set up could begin. Then they came an hour late to pick up the equipment. We were very disappointed.

Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada used Bouncin Bins for our annual fundraiser. They were responsive, reasonably priced, and nice people. Everyone at the event loved the trikes and bell ringer! We will definitely be using them again next year. Thank you!

Hi my name is John Pope and I'm a Youth Minister. I have used Bouncing Bins for many of our events. If you are thinking about renting from Bouncin Bins you should most definitely do so. I have rented from them many times and they are great! Their customer service is excellent and they are always on time for your event. The workers that will work your event if you need a worker are friendly and accommodating. I will never rent from anybody else, unless of course Bouncin Bins doesn't have what I need. The owner is wonderful and wants to provide you with the best service you can ask for. They are truly a wonderful! Thank you so much Bouncin Bins! You made my youth events great!!!

This is the 4th year we have rented a couple of bounce houses from Bouncin Bins Party Rentals and they were great! The kids loved the ones from last year so we ordered those again. (I'll probably try different ones next year since they have a variety of sizes to choose from at reasonable prices.) The bounce houses were delivered and picked time in a timely manner. They set everything up and were even prepared for the breezy evening. Even on concrete! We plan to rent from them again for next year's Harvest Night for sure.
