We used Bouncing Off the Wallz for a recent family-friendly fundraising event. They showed up on time, were great with communication, timely with pick-up and the bounce house was in great shape. The staff sanitized everything before use and were professional throughout. We will definitely use them again for future events.

Horrible business. Booked them for my daughter’s 1st birthday. First and foremost, the customer service was awful. One of the employees spewed expletives at the mother of my child because he changed his mind at the last minute about the final payment. Say one thing over the phone and mean the other in person kind of deal. Second, they gave us a pickup time for the bounce house and showed up an hour and a half later. He told us if we were not present when he comes to pick it up, it would be an extra $25, all the while waiting on them to show up. Go figure. This company can quickly ruin a special day.

Very unprofessional! I got a bundle deal for my son carnival themed birthday party , (cotton candy, snow cone , and popcorn machines) All the equipment was broke or defected , they came to replace the machineS but brought broker equipment. I don’t know if the man I was talking to was the owner but he told me I still had to pay my balance what kind of business man , I didn’t pay the balance he tried to rob me! After the party his employees came to get the equipment and literally was throwing the machines in the truck I told them that’s the reason they stuff don’t work! I would never recommend this place ! Trying to support our own next time I’ll give my money to the white man , this unprofessional man ruined my son first birthday party ! Didn’t offer a refund or nothing just ghetto!
