Great overall. Booked this company just over a week before my daughter’s party. Communication was on point from start to end. They were able to provide exactly what I needed and sent all confirmation straight away. Value for money and a friendly service. Will definitely use again.

We hired a Bouncy Mania Spiderman Bounce and Slide, for our sons 6th Birthday. They arrived early (called to let us know), didn't mind waiting, the person installing was kind and patient with my excited child. When I overpaid (my error), he came straight back and told me. Honestly we were super impressed by the team patience and kindness. I would highly recommend.

We hired a bouncy castle from Bouncy Mania for our child’s birthday party, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. The team arrived on time, set everything up quickly and professionally, and made sure everything was secure and safe for the kids. The bouncy castle itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described — the kids had an absolute blast and didn’t want to get off! Highly recommend! Bouncy Mania saved our 3 year olds birthday party by delivering a brilliant bouncy castle at extremely late notice. We called them on Sunday evening, after a different company had installed a bouncy castle in a way that was not safe, and they were able to deliver one by 10am the following morning. The bouncy castle was great, professionally and safely installed, and the kids enjoyed it all day. Prompt collection and really friendly people to deal with. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to others.

Booked a bouncy castle with slide for a church summer fete. It arrived and was collected promptly and they were really flexible about being able to arrange delivery around the church service times. The bouncy castle was in perfect condition and the children loved it! I was impressed by the communication and how easy it was to contact the company for help. Highly recommended!
