Be careful the chunky guy at the counter doesn't know how to word anything there. He sucks at his job. He told us if we buy 2 games we can get a third for half. So we end up paying and playing, and it's only my boyfriend, my military son and I. We only play one game and then it says we have to go to the desk for the next game so I go ask him do I have to keep coming up here to have you put in the next game and he tells me I only payed for one. I said no you told us three he said no I only charged you for one. So like I said he doesn't know how to talk to customers. Worst experience. Guy has no customer service skills whatsoever. I'd never want someone like that working for me to only lose customers. I would never recommend this place or go back to it.

I had such a great time! The lanes were clean and well-maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was delightful. The food and drinks were awesome. Whether you’re going with friends, family, or for a casual date night, this place is an easy win. Highly recommend! 🎳

My disabled daughter bowls here with her group every Saturday, and staff is always so nice and accommodating.

Expensive, not remotely worth it, 39 dollars for 2 pair of shoes and 3 games, the 2nd game was not worth paying for. It is excessively cold, uncomfortable, it was 43 degrees outside, and I believe they were attempting to match the temperature. The lady at the desk was rude, short, rolling her eyes so much she doesn't even realize it, it's a bowling ally, get over it. 10 minutes to reset a lane in the middle of the game. They were not even that busy. There was one good thing about the outting: leaving.

Always good times at the Alley! Miss the days when they had unlimited bowling on Thursday nights after 9pm with $2 beer, $2 hotdogs and $2 slice of pizza. Please bring back college night! Friendly, fun employees with quick service at snack bar.
