Normally I love coming here but of course coming in on Christmas eve not a great idea. The employees was being rude around 5-6 telling people they should leave because they want go home as well as telling other not to answer the phone so they think the store is close.

Everyone working on Saturday, December 13th was absolutely phenomenal. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. One associate on the floor went above and beyond to help me locate items in the store while also checking availability online, which was incredibly helpful. We were assisted by four different employees throughout our visit, and every single one was friendly, patient, and genuinely eager to help from the sales floor to the register. To top it off, we accidentally left behind a bag we had purchased, and the team quickly contacted us using our rewards information to let us know it was safely waiting at the store. During such a busy and often stressful holiday season, this team remained calm, professional, and a true pleasure to interact with. Outstanding experience all around.

I love this Box Lunch location. The store is always organized and clean. The employees are helpful and kind. I love the large variety of things Box Lunch sells. I especially love the cute kids clothes and the home decor items.

This is my favorite location. The customer service is unmatched at this location. I have probably spent way too much money at this place because the girls at the counter always make me feel so welcome and they have the coolest stuff. You can get gifts that are unique for almost anyone and they have really great deals often.

Great store with lots of items from many different animations. Wide selection of anime items and Disney as well. They have lots of great gifts.
