Dropped off my car with substantial damage to the trunk, rear bumper, and sensors. My 2022 BMW 440i needed a lot of work. Fast forward and in a reasonable time frame I was called in to pick it up. Excellent service from Charlie at the BMW Body Shop. He kindly helped me navigate the warranty process to repair two dents on my SUV, explaining everything with patience and professionalism. I did learn that the warranty only covers a percentage and not the full cost—which I wish I had known before purchasing it—but overall, the experience was very positive. The mechanic did an impeccable job in record time, and I even enjoyed two delicious coffees while I waited.
