Was quick to jump on the phone and pitch their services, but then very slow afterwards and went completely unresponsive after I questioned a price that was significantly higher than expected. I feel they put on a show of wanting my business early but then dropped me and wasted my time. Ended up going with a more reputable CPA with more reviews and lower prices.
