I had an amazing experience with Nazir Malik at BrandsMart USA. He is truly one of the best vendors the company could have. From the moment I walked in, he provided outstanding customer service and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Nazir is extremely knowledgeable, talented, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was completely satisfied. My experience with him was perfect from start to finish. If you’re shopping at BrandsMart USA, I highly recommend asking for Nazir Malik — you won’t be disappointed!

This is the second time I purchase appliances from Brandsmart. Salesman Named Nazir was excellent. Went out of his way to help me, research online what would fit me best and offered me the best price of any store. He is very kind, respectful and listened to my needs. He wasn’t trying to just make a sale. I urge anyone in the Kendall area to go to the Brandsmart across from Dadeland Mall and ask for the salesman Nazir. Excellent experience

Amazing customer service experience at BrandsMart Dadeland. Leo truly went above and beyond to help me, even though my product was purchased at a different location. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about resolving my issue. It’s rare to come across that level of service these days, and Leo absolutely delivered. Thank you for making a frustrating situation so much easier!

Excellent customer service, pricing, assistance from both Sam Ordaz and his supervisor Malik at the Dadeland store. I went to various places and outlets searching for a reasonably priced new refrigerator until a friend referred me to Sam at Brandsmart. Even on his day off, Sam reached out and ensured that I would be taken care of. Enter Malik who was waiting for me at the store with his constant smile and unwavering patience. 2 days later, in the middle of New Years Holiday, the fridge was delivered! The delivery guys kept me abreast of their timeliness and Malik was a constant with his text messages. I couldn't be more grateful to this entire team!! Thank you!!!
