Possibly avoid this restaurant/fast food whatever you’d like to call it. Ask for one simple order, adding lettuce to the cheeseburger and I was diverted to another cheeseburger because they couldn’t add lettuce to the cheeseburger for an upgraded cost. The little drive-through girl tried to explain to me that I didn’t understand and couldn’t comprehend The order and she was trying to explain to me why she couldn’t add a piece of lettuce to a cheeseburger. Extremely simple process, the customer was willing to pay for it, but the arrogant employee needed to explain to me that I didn’t understand. No wonder no one was at Brahms

Lovely good food, nice atmosphere. Sometimes I eat their burgers and they’re affordable. Mostly come here for the ice cream. I recommend the butter pecan as it is a timeless classic.

They have the best shakes . My only problem with this particular Branch is the drive through staff who NEVER ever say hello , at times some literally frown as they serve . Please ask them it’s just good etiquette. The cashiers are always polite , that’s until you get to the second window. I visit this store almost every day. Kindness costs nothing .

I normally won't leave a bad review. I go to this braums a lot because of it being close to my work and home. I'm literally there daily. The service here is more often than not just trash if your ordering food or at the market side. No one is usually there for the market register and you can stand at the food counter with everyone helping ice cream buyers and 15 minutes can go buy and no one even speaks to you. I accept it because it's a bunch of teens. Tonight was a bit to far for me not to say something. I ordered the chicken strip meal after about 12 minutes of standing there looking stupid without anyone coming to the register, my strip meal was horrible. Out of the 4 strip, only 1 would be what I call a strip where I could actually taste meat. The rest mostly crust and hard as can be. 1 of those is why I'm writing this review. Look at the pic in front of the roll. IS THAT A STRIP OR A NUGGET TO YOU?? Braums...... Do better. Train better.

I’ve been to Braum’s easily over a hundred times because, let’s face it, their shakes and malts are perfection in a cup. The ice cream? Still as excellent as ever—worth every calorie. The service? Always friendly and on point. But the burgers? Sadly, they’ve taken a nosedive. This is the second time I’ve been served a watery, soggy burger, and it’s honestly a letdown. I keep coming back because I love their other offerings, but the burger quality really needs a comeback tour.
