I love Braum's. I have never ordered anything that didn't always tasted fresh, and made to order. The ice cream is always delicious. I highly recommend their burgers, salads, chicken sandwiches. I also recommend shopping their mini store and pick up one of their wide variety of ice cream, sherbet, and no sugar added ice cream. They also have fresh dairy options too!

For the love of God get new management all the way up to the regional manager. This location will literally leave ingredients off of items or skimp on them for God knows why. My guess is pure laziness. Ive been eating brownie fudge Sundays my entire life and this is the only location that gives you cold dry brownies probably from the day before, hardly any fudge and the last 3 times no cherry on top. When I asked where's the cherry she said pull forward and I can put it on. We had multiple Sundays and none of them had a cherry. This happens every other time and if it weren't for it being the only braums in west dallas I would have stopped going a long time ago!

Immediate attention, the staff are very courteous, I highly recommend it. It's a clean place and there's always parking available.
