Never had such a good eyebrow threading experience. Samera chatted with me about what I wanted, gave me exactly what I asked for, and spent extra time plucking to give the eyebrow shape that looked natural and just how I like it. She was great and it was worth the money - and lovely receptionist too!

When I went twice Natalie was amazing she is simply the best then once I wanted to book her and she wasn’t available so I asked the receptionist to book someone good as Natalie or nearly as good as her. I just realised after the session that she booked a beginner who started waxing only 3 months ago. When I complained to the therapist she said ‘This is what it is’. The experience was horrible but the most horrible thing is that the receptionists are lying? I told her clearly that I can wait days I’m not in a rush. Why has she decided to do something not in my favour? I'm there for intimate waxing obviously I do not want a beginner.

Had a hollywood wax yesterday with Larisa/Larissa (unclear on the spelling) and she was very friendly, and her technique helped with reducing pain too. Post-wax protocol was great - gave me the rundown of what to avoid, and applied a generous amount of oil and lotions to soothe the skin.
