Just had a great experience at Brennan. I brought in a bunch of watches for batteries, sizing, and a couple new bands. Because of the volume, Craig worked worked with me on a volume discount. I waited while the team did the work. Had a great conversation too. It was a true pleasure to work with them. I will surely be back. Use these guys for repairs and maintenance on watches and jewelry. I walked in on Christmas eve with just a simple battery replacement for a watch. Even though I was a low cost ticket item I was still treated with respect and attended to immediately, the staff was courteous and friendly, I would definitely recommend
