Dr White is a treasure. He takes time to listen and establishes a wonderful relationship with us and our animals. He respects our opinion, wishes, and limited budget and helps us help our pets be as happy and healthy as can be -without ever taking advantage of our love for our pets as part of our family. He takes time to explain things, share his wisdom and allows us to make decisions that is best for our family without ever pushing anything. We will always be grateful to him for his kindness, his experience and expertise. He is the best dr, I only wish he could treat the rest of us humans :)

It was my first time coming to this vet and wish I could rate it more start. Starting with the staff since they are the face of the facility. They were nice took my information(I liked that when I called in to schedule the appointment they informed me it was going to take a while to be seen) surely it did but it didn’t bother me since I was aware already. When I got called in the male nurse took all information about the guinea pig. Finally, when got to see Dr.White he was the best! Treated Pepe like it were his own making sure she gets back to normal. He explained the risks about having this kind of pets. What impacted me the most when we were having a conversation he tells me there’s plenty of vet that care for cats dogs someone needs to step up and take care of this type of animals. I was like wooow that’s right. I can tell he doesn’t just do what he does just for the $$$ but because he truly cares for exotic pets/animals. We definitely need more people like him. May God bless him 💖. At the check out it went well and smooth the gentleman his charisma was excellent.

I’ve been coming here for years to bring my bearded dragon. Today, I decided to drop her off. I arrived early, and the receptionist at the front who seemed to be having a rough morning already had a bit of an attitude. She pointed out that I didn’t bring my dragon in a carrier. That was my mistake, but it had never been an issue before. Then she told me there would be a day charge, which I hadn’t been charged for in the past. I said that was fine. Shortly after, an ogre man came out and handled my dragon a bit roughly. He also started giving me attitude about not having a carrier. I stayed calm and acknowledged my mistake, but he kept going on about it. I eventually said, “If this is going to be a problem, I’ll just take my dragon back.” As he walked away, he continued talking about the carrier issue. I told him that I wanted my dragon back. I just didn’t feel comfortable leaving her there. She’s very sick, and I want her to be handled with care. He then asked if I was sure I wanted to take her back, like of course I do. She’s my dragon. It’s really disappointing. I used to love and trust this place. But the new staff who are frankly grumpy and unwelcoming have completely changed the experience. It’s a shame, especially since it’s so close to home.

I just had one of the best experiences of my life at Briarcrest veterinary clinic. From the moment I walked in the staff was very welcoming and kind, and Dr. White is probably the nicest man I’ve ever met in my life. I just adopted a sulcata tortoise and I really don’t know much about them. Dr. White sat with me understanding my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. He was very informative. Very patient with me and gave me a lot of information on how to care for my new friend. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone. And I’m very happy to say my Little Rock puppy is healthy!!!
