Have been using Bridgestone Select Adelaide for many years now - always found them to provide honest advice and great service. The current team there is exceptional - Brad's always been able to squeeze me in to get a wheel alignment done, through to helping me out and arranging a wheel to get re-rolled due to a heavy impact. Steven and his team saved our day! We got a punctured tyre in York Peninsula yesterday. We went to Costco in the morning, but they didn’t have the same tyre model. We then tried Bridgestone Croydon, they also didn’t have it but kindly referred us to Steven. Steven was friendly and professional, and his team changed our tyre in just 10 minutes. We couldn’t be happier with the service and the result. 10/10 highly recommended!
Truly cannot recommend Brad and his team highly enough. Have had an awful time the last few days trying to find someone to give me good, honest advice and help with an unusual tyre situation without trying to rip me off and within a 5 minute convo over the phone, Brad had given me the reassurance and help I needed and got me in immediately to have two new tyres fitted, balanced and an alignment done before closing. His prices comparatively to other places I'd called or dropped into were better and even if they weren’t, I would have come here anyway for the genuine service and good conversation/help. Highly, highly recommend and I'll be back in the new year to replace my other two tyres with these guys. Thank you so much. Very grateful. Good genuine customer service isn't always easy to come by but you'll find it here 👌
I walked in and they booked me in for a wheel alignment one hour later which suited me as I had my car in for a one year service nearby. The manager was helpful and the staff member that did my alignment explained the readings to me in a courteous and professional manner. I always go to this store as the service is always good.
