We rented a space at 7521 Edinger HB, CA. We had only three issues. One it is difficult to find because Google maps takes you to the back of the building. If you turn on Gothard Street you can reach front of the building. I would suggest someone writes Google maps to edit this! Second issue is there are 3 doors to open with code to get into the room. This “not allowing a door to be propped open” is ridiculous. IF your concerned re safety then you have a person stand there for the unloading process and help! It’s a nightmare unless everyone arrives at same time to help everyone else. The caterer comes, the balloonist comes, etc. I unloaded my SUV alone and I had to prop door open. Thirdly, the acoustics are terrible. We were shouting to hear one another. I don’t know why but suggest you try to improve that. The room and pool view are lovely. We had a great baby shower in spite of the small issues. I just feel I should share so maybe improvements can be made. I included a few photos to show how easy it was to decorate. Overall, it’s a great venue. Courtney was in touch with me whenever I emailed her. We got the code in plenty of time. I would suggest to Peerless that they discuss with the management at this apt building the issues #2 and #3. Thank you!
We used Peerless at our daughters wedding on 3-6-21. The event was held at the McGovern Centennial Gardens and they did a fantastic job. Brian was great to work with for the entire process. Everything exceeded our expectations. A very professional experience.
