Blown Away, Last November I started to get quotes for painting our ten year old home. Bright Side was one of six contractors we interviewed. On November 19th Brandon D. (Estimator) showed up exactly at 11:00 AM to walk the project and discussed what we wanted to have done. At 1:30 pm, same day, we received Bright Side’s proposal. They Won! On Tuesday, Jan 6, Trey H. (Project Mgr) and the crew arrived exactly at 8:00 and set up for a 4 day project as I left for work. Arriving home at 5:30 that afternoon, I was blown away to see that the body of the house was ¾ complete. Next day, there was a little disagreement and I halted the crew. Trey was involved with another client and could not be on-site that day so, Ben M. (partner/owner) showed up in Trey’s place and we worked out the issue. On Thursday afternoon, Jan 8, I arrived home and was completely amazed to find the job complete. These people are the real deal. Absolutely everyone from Bright Side Painting we interacted with were terrific! Punctual, cheerful, enthusiastic and determined to make us happy. I could not recommend any contractor as highly as do Bright Side Painting of Jax. Five star! Brandon T.

I used Bright Side to repaint my living room, including the ceilings, trim and walls at the end of October 2025. The communication from all of the staff was excellent, and I found them to be very communicative before during and after this project. I knew exactly what to expect as far as materials used, the timing of the project, and the anticipated outcome. I would highly recommend this company for any painting related needs. I was initially quoted that the job would take two full days, but they were able to finish after only one day. The project manager followed up the day after and he was able to address all touchups that were needed. Could not be happier with my newly painted living room.

Brandon, Rob, Bryson and the paint guys did a phenomenal job repainting our cabinets. They told me the cabinets would have a showroom finish when they were done, and they weren’t lying. Hire these guys - you will not be disappointed

From the time I first contacted these people, everything went perfectly. Brandon came when he said he would to take a look at the project and prepare the estimate. Pricing was completely reasonable. They started when they said they would. The project manager, Trey, called to set a time to come over to meet us and talk through the project. The paint crew did a stellar job, cleaned up after themselves and took such obvious pride in their work. Our home looks new. Never did I remotely consider that I would give a paint contractor five stars after the experiences I have had before with other companies. This job was completed on time, the best communication imaginable from start to finish. So great, in fact, that I have already referred two friends.

Trey, Josh and their crew did an amazing job through the whole process, had lots of drywall repair which we can’t even notice with the orange peel blend. Very professional and knowledgeable of all paint types and surfaces. Don’t hesitate give them a call today!
