As someone who has spent over 30 hours in the tattoo chair, I thought I had a good baseline for what to expect—until I booked with Hailey at Brightside Tattoo. Though she may be a newer artist, her skill level is absolutely top-tier. I was genuinely blown away by the work. Not only is she an extremely talented artist, but her bedside manner and customer service are the best I've ever encountered. This is a truly rare combination in the tattoo industry! Her touch is so light that the entire process barely hurt; it was easily one of the most comfortable tattoo experiences I've had. If you're looking for an artist who delivers exceptional work with unmatched professionalism and a truly gentle hand, go see Hailey. I was highly impressed.

Got two tattoos done today by Margo and we are in love ! She’s is super nice and works with you originally we went there for my girlfriends tattoo but she decided to fit me in for another tattoo so that was awesome of her . Her prices are amazing and extremely fair compared to a lot of places in Spokane. Thanks Margo we love them ❤️

Oh man what a great experience I've had with them. I've been going here for a couple years now and the customer service is always amazing. Kim has been my artist and she's freaking awesome and her work is top notch. The rest of the staff are extremely friendly and always make me feel welcomed. I've always recommended this place to friends and family and they've had great experiences as well!!!

Got my first tattoo recently here and IN LOVE! My artists did absolutely amazing and talked me thru the whole thing. I’m definitely going back for more of my tattoos in the future !! My artist (Margeux(I hope that’s how you spell it)) was amazing, she paid so much attention to detail and did my tattoo exactly how I wanted it. She worked well with me when I changed the design a little bit and was so patient with me and so so kind! The pricing was so resonable and I left so happy!! These guys are amazing !
