Initially, I gave this company a very bad review b/c my package "went missing". After digging into it on my own, and filing complaints w them and Fed ex, it was discovered "someone" had the package returned. Ultimately, my bracelet I bought, which I love, was finally sent back to me..........so, I think that's a win. Unfortunately, I wish they would have listened when I told them from the beginning it wasn't delivered, but, sometimes, you have to do the work yourself and dig into it. Once I filed complaints with them and Fed ex, etc. Fed ex made sure they were aware it was not delivered. I would say, since this does seem to happen a bit, from reading others reviews, Brilliant Earth should either use a different carrier or ensure the package with insurance or another way, b/c people are expecting their packages when they say "delivered". Otherwise, the jewelry is great.

Disappointing quality and service— Within a month of our wedding, a diamond fell out of my ring. Since then, I’ve had to send it in for repairs three separate times for the same issue. For a brand that markets itself as high-end, the quality simply isn't there. To make matters worse, customer service suggested I "wear the ring less" to prevent damage. A wedding ring is meant for daily wear, and I expected a much higher standard of both craftsmanship and support. Very frustrating experience overall.

My partner and I came here for an engagement ring consultation. This was definitely the most pleasant experience we had while ring shopping. The showroom is lovely and we had the most fantastic experience with Tamia who guided us through the settings, stones, and options. Ultimately we ended up going with another vendor purely because my partner fell in love with another setting. Brilliant Earth was our #1 up until then, even the shop we bought from couldnt match the experience we had here. I will definitely return next time we are looking for jewelry.

Will Not Purchase from Brilliant Earth Again Due to Fragility of Engagement Ring I was initially excited to be able to purchase my engagement ring from Brilliant Earth. I liked the idea of a lab-grown gem with fewer impurities, they are reasonably priced, and they offer emeralds, which is what I purchased. However, within three full years of purchasing a $1800 ring setting, the ring broke into 2 pieces, and an accent diamond had been lost during the break. This happened as it was just being worn regularly, and I would like to note that while the ring was less than 3 years old, it was not worn for 9 of those months during my wife's pregnancy. So after less the 1.5 years of usage, the ring broke, and they claimed there were no manufacturing flaws, but a second opinion from another jeweler let us know that it was indeed an issue with the manufacturing of the ring itself (which makes sense why it would break after less than 2 years). Despite this, the best they could offer was a 50% metal credit toward a new setting, and that credit was based on a value lower than the original cost. I’m deeply disappointed and therefore, I will not be purchasing from them again and would caution others about the fragility and craftsmanship of their rings.

My girlfriend and I recently stopped by Brilliant Earth to get sized and check out some engagement rings. We did not have an appointment, but were let into the showroom and helped right away by Patrick. Patrick was extremely helpful, funny, and easy to talk to. They understood we were just browsing and didn't attempt to push us to purchase anything. We were a bit underwhelmed with the small inventory of rings and stones to look at, but it is a small showroom and they can only hold so much inventory. The showroom was clean and safe! Overall, it was a nice browsing experience and Patrick taught us a lot.
