Cresalia Jewlers is a wonderful family-run business with a white-glove approach to customer service. I found them years ago by chance and have been returning since with nothing but the best experiences. I trust them with all of my jewelry alterations and fixes, and although I have not purchased any pieces directly they would be my first stop if I were looking for something new or custom. Truly a local gem.

Cresalia was amazing! I stumbled upon this place when I was looking for a jewelry store close to my work to take my wedding band to get rhodium plated. I called Cresalia to inquire, and they had an immediate availability and a very fair price! Brooke is very sweet and made the process very easy. I needed an antique ring sized down and was concerned about preserving the inner engraving. Cresalia Jewelers was able to reduce the ring size with space to spare, plus an incredible polish and quick turnaround. Great customer service and highly capable. Strongly recommend for their work with heirloom pieces.
