We had an amazing experience at Brilliant Earth! We sat down with Hannah and she really took the time to listen and was patient with us explaining our wants/needs for an engagement ring and in return, showing us the best options. We left purchasing a ring, which arrived in-store on time, and we're now engaged! Big thank you to Hannah for being welcoming, humble, and providing a no preasure setting!

Full disclosure, my fiancée and I didn't go to a physical showroom - but our experience with Brilliant Earth and Natasha Alexander, based at the Tampa showroom, was excellent. Her cheerful and insightful assistance helped select the perfect ring, and interacting with her was a pleasure - no rush, no pressure, just a good interaction all round. Alongside the excellent online tools that Brilliant Earth offers, I really couldn't have asked for better service. Looking forward to surprising my fiancée with exactly what she wanted (and fairly confident that she knows exactly what's coming)!

Throughout our engagement, we worked primary with Kinsey Zimmerman at the Tampa Midtown location.  The whole team there was extremely supportive throughout the whole process, and helped make me feel like my buying process was important to them; providing support in multiple ways on both the engagement ring & wedding bands.  I really appreciated Kinsey's eye for style, and she made sure to thoroughly walk us through all options.  It was very nice to not feel rushed into a decision, and she made sure our happiness with the choices was the top priority.  Overall, I'm very glad I chose Brilliant Earth, and couldn't have asked for a better experience with Kinsey & team.

Please Look At This Future Potential Customers! Save your self a headache. Don’t say I (and others) didn’t try to warn you. Misleading and Unethical Service After Purchase My experience with Brilliant Earth started great. The in-person visit was pleasant, and the staff seemed professional. However, after I fully paid off my order, everything went downhill. I was told it would ship within 2–3 days, but later learned it wouldn’t be delivered for nearly two months. I could only check the status of my order by calling, and even after requesting an email confirmation for my records, I was told it would take 24–48 hours—yet I never received anything. When I asked to cancel (another hassle), I was repeatedly told I’d get a full refund, but that turned out to be false. Instead, Brilliant Earth refused to refund me and issued store credit after docking 20%, even though the order wasn’t ready. I ended up purchasing from another jeweler in Orlando, where my new order was ready for pickup just 48 hours after my first visit. That experience showed me what true customer service and professionalism should look like. If you’re looking for a trustworthy jeweler in the Orlando area, feel free to reach out—I’ll gladly share where I went. I sincerely hope Brilliant Earth improves its communication, transparency, and refund practices.

I can’t write enough amazing things about Brilliant Earth. Getting my engagement ring and wedding band to was a wonderful, seamless process. I got my dream ring, my fiancé was so pleased with the prices and the ordering process. When I went in to have the ring resized, I had the pleasure of working with Kinsey. She is so incredible!! She took the time to get to know me and guided me through the resize process as well as helped me look at wedding bands. She is so thorough and really made me feel special and heard. I could’ve spent all day hanging out with her. Brilliant Earth definitely has the BEST customer service out there. I love this company and I LOVE Kinsey Zimmerman
