I popped into Brinkhaus Jewellers today for their 1-hour express rhodium plating service for my engagement ring and wedding band and couldn’t be happier. The store itself is cool, calm and beautifully decorated — such a relaxing space to be in. The staff were absolutely lovely and made the whole experience effortless. At just $50 per ring, the service was great value and the results were stunning. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I took a black pearl that had been sitting in my drawer for over five years to Brinkhaus, with the aim to make it into a ring. Doris spoke with me about my ideas, and helped me to come up with a custom ring that was exactly what I wanted. I asked for a bespoke piece that was suitable to be worn to special occasions, or every day as my only piece of jewellery. I asked for the pearl to be a feature and to stand out, but also to feel secure so I wasn’t concerned about knocking it. I also wanted it to feel rough and also look like it was formed by nature in the ground. Doris even convinced me to go with Sterling silver over white plated gold to save me some money. I’ve never had a jeweller try to save me money! A few weeks later I was the proud owner of my new ring. I’ve worn it nearly every day since, I love it so much - thank you Brinkhaus Jewellers!
